Her portfolio spans healthcare, real estate, agriculture, and energy storage, supported by board-level leadership and a hands-on, growth-minded approach to building lasting value.
Ira Boots is a seasoned executive with over 40 years of leadership in the plastics industry and board-level roles, including at Milacron. He brings deep expertise in capital raising, organizational growth, and strategic governance, with a proven track record of leading companies through complex transitions. Ira is also a respected board chair and community leader with a hands-on, results-driven approach.

Pamela Wilkinson is the Vice President of Integrations at Seven Oaks Collective, where she leads market strategy, accounting, HR, and IT infrastructure. With deep experience in compliance and operational systems, she plays a central role in aligning business functions to support efficiency, security, and strategic growth.
